Mac Chat supports questions and follow-ups about Yural metrics, workouts, activities, plans, notes and Library knowledge. Answers can include charts, tables, cards and links that make the context easier to explore.

Focused assessments on supported devices
Focused iOS features include sleep-session assessment, workout assessment, sport-progress assessment, weekly-report assessment, article import summaries and Consider Now recommendations. Metric-level assessments were introduced in version 2.0.
These capabilities depend on supported devices, system versions, model availability and access in your plan. Focused iOS assessments are different from conversational Chat; iPhone Chat is upcoming.
Keep the explanation connected to evidence
Use the visible measurements and records to understand an answer. A generated interpretation can miss context or be wrong. It supports a personal review, not medical diagnosis or a guaranteed training outcome.

Will every device show AI features?
No. Availability depends on the relevant Apple Foundation Models support, system configuration, platform and plan. Some features are hidden or use a non-AI fallback when local intelligence is unavailable.
